Height: 27.3 inches as of her last dr visit.
Weight: 16lbs 11 oz. at her last dr visit. She has definitely gained weight though. She is getting rolls!
Eat: Still sticking to 4 bottles a day but she isn’t drinking all of them so I think we are about to transition to 3 bottles. She likes to eat whatever anyone else has and she LOVES to drink from a water bottle. I got her a sippy cup with a straw and she likes that much better than a regular sippy cup. Watermelon and strawberries are her favorite things to eat. She also loves cheese. I try and sneak in some meat but she doesn’t eat it very well. She tried some fish while we were on vacation and ate some of that which surprised me!
Play: She likes to answer the phone. She says “Lo! Lo!” If Joe or I am on the phone she puts her hand to her ear and just says “lo” over and over until we are done. She links to play with her books, some bath toys, and her koala.
Sleep: Sleep is actually getting better. She is taking 1.5-2 hour nap at least once a day, usually twice. And she has slept through the night 3 times in the last week. Hallelujah!
The biggest thing to happen during this month is that Becca is now a full time walker!! She had been taking steps for a few weeks but one night she just started walking everywhere. She can still crawl faster than she walks but she is quickly picking up the pace on walking. We also took a girls trip to Gulf Shores last week. My mom, mother-in-law, my 2 sisters-in-law, and my nephew all went. We had a blast and Becca loves the beach! She like to stand in the water and let the waves come in and she of course tried to eat the sand. She enjoyed the beach more than the pool but we did both. She did so good on the drive there and back. She did so good we managed to do the trip in 1 day! We had planned on stopping but she did awesome. I can’t wait for more trips like this one. And now we begin the planning of the birthday part. I can’t believe that in 1 month I will have a 1 year old! A toddler instead of a baby.
